All mentioned prices are for one day including lines, towels and electricity. All prices are in European Euro including VAT, excluding local tax and cleaning fee. Changes in prices, seasons and toping errors are reserved.

Our local tax is € 3,70 per person and day. Kids until the age of 15 do not have to pay our local tax.

2025 - free up to and including the 2010 vintage age
2026 - free up to and including the 2011 vintage age

Cancellation fee:

We hereby want to inform you that the Austrian general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply (AGBH 2006). 

On arrival, your apartment is ready for occupancy from 14.00 at the latest. On the day of departure, the apartment is available to you until 09.00 am. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, as we will charge 90% of the rental price in the event of cancellation at short notice (if the apartment can no longer be re-let). In the event of early departure, the apartment will be charged until the agreed departure date!

Particularly cancellations of bookings lead to the following consequences:

Later than 3 months before the date of arrival the booking can be cancelled without any cost.

Cancellations which are not within this time frame will lead to the following fees:

– 3 months up to 1 month (31 days) before arrival - 40% of the following fees;
– 30 days to one week before arrival - 70% of the room rate;
–in the last week before arrival - 90% of the room rate.
