Skiing in one of the three Skiing areas in our tourist region Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is perfect for families and more than fun. Our small and cosy apartment house is ideally located for spending your skiing holidays in the mountains. Besides it is easy to get to the cable cars, just use the underground next to our house and drive stress less to the cable car station.

Adventure Night

Every Wednesday you can enjoy a great adventure night in the middle of the skiing area. Fireworks of emotions, action and the great show of the skiing instructors make this evening unforgettable. Don’t miss this show and also be part of the atmospheric after-show-party.

FOR EARLY BIRDS

The first track

The first track is just for early birds. Get up early and use the first gondolas at 7:30 am to go up into the skiing area. The number of participants is limited – make sure to get a ticket for this unforgettable experience. The guided tour also includes an exclusive breakfast in the mountains.

Family holidays

Serfaus is unique an well-known because of being one of the child-friendliest skiing area. There are 125,000 sqm especially reserved for the kids within the big skiing area. Kinderschneealm and Murmlipark in Serfaus are a paradise for kids. Trained staff from our local ski school takes care of the kids and make their holidays in the mountains unforgettable. Besides, it is also possible to bring the smallest ones to nursery care Murmli in Serfaus – the lovely staff takes care of your babies while you can enjoy some hours on the slopes. Furthermore, Murmlipark is just some meters away from our apartment house – your kids can learn how to ski next to the accommodation.

If you don’t like to ski every day there are numerous other possibilities to spend a wonderful day within the amazing winter scenery of Serfaus. Try winter tours on our winter hiking trails or cross-country skiing. Another possibility is tobogganing. Tschuggmall’s apartment house is the perfect starting point for all those activities.
